2.2 Platform Purpose: Bitnank serves as an escrow and intermediary platform facilitating secure transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not own, issue, or guarantee any of the assets, gift cards, currencies, or services traded on our platform.

3. User Eligibility

5.3 Transaction Disputes: In case of disputes, Bitnank will investigate and make a determination based on available evidence. Our decision in dispute resolution is final.

5.4 Trading Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions. Bitnank does not provide investment advice.

5.5 Price Fluctuations: Cryptocurrency and asset prices are volatile. Bitnank is not responsible for any losses incurred due to market fluctuations.

6. Fees and Charges

6.1 Service Fees: Bitnank charges fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction.

6.2 Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time. Changes will be communicated through our Platform.

6.3 Payment Processing: Third-party payment processors may charge additional fees. These fees are beyond our control.

6.4 No Refunds: Service fees paid to Bitnank are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Trading in stolen goods, illegal items, or services
• Manipulating prices or engaging in market manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Using automated bots without authorization
• Hacking, phishing, or attempting to breach platform security
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumventing any security features or access controls
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts platform operations

8. Account Termination and Suspension

8.1 Right to Terminate: Bitnank reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activities
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Reports from other users or authorities
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Inactivity for extended periods
• Risk management purposes

8.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8.3 Withdrawal of Funds: In case of account termination, you may withdraw your funds subject to verification and compliance checks, unless prohibited by law or these Terms.
